What this service does

Pimp My Channel uses AI to suggest and generate improved titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails for YouTube videos and channels. If you connect your YouTube channel, it can apply those changes to videos you select. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of that Google account.
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, any YouTube channel you connect.
• You must be old enough to hold a Google account in your country.

Credits, plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a set number of credits. Generating a video makeover, a channel makeover, a batch run or a new banner each consume credits — the cost is shown before you act.
• Unused credits do not carry over indefinitely and have no cash value.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the current period.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects an existing subscription.

Refunds

If the service fails to work as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. We generally do not refund credits that have already been spent on generated content, since the AI cost is incurred at that point. Nothing here removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service on channels you do not have permission to manage.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Use it in a way that breaches the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube's policies.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

AI-generated content

Titles, descriptions, tags and images are produced by AI models and are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything before publishing it to your channel. AI output can be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable, and we cannot guarantee it is original or free of resemblance to other content. As between you and us, content generated for your channel is yours to use.

We make no promise about results. Nothing here guarantees more views, subscribers, watch time or revenue.

Changes to your channel

The service only changes videos you explicitly select and publish. We keep a copy of your previous thumbnail and channel details so changes can be rolled back, but you should treat any publish action as something you are responsible for. We are not liable for the effect of changes you choose to apply to your own channel.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — it depends on third parties including Google, YouTube, our AI providers and our host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time: disconnect YouTube, cancel your subscription, or ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion works.
